1.Cautions Prior To Use of
※ Make sure to check the power supply rating of
single phase, 60Hz, 220V operating the equipment prior to the use of
※ Make sure to only use the grounded 220V AC power
receptacle over 15A rating, and do not attempt to connect many powers supply
plugs of various electric devices simultaneously with the same power

lRemoving of Oil
The presence of small oil residue upon completion of refining process
must be removed for smooth operation of next use.
※ Leave the Drain Valve of Refining Device open
until the next operation.
※ Remove the Oil Discharge Gun from the Refining Device and hang up
with vertical direction.
Make sure to use only the genuine Natural Filter
as the running of refining process operation with no filter may cause the risk
of malfunction due to the inflow of oil residue into the

1.Thoroughly Clean the Bottom surface of Refining
The presence of foreign substance on the bottom
surface of Refining Device may cause the flowing toward the area pushed by the
Press Clip due to the coming undone of Filter Sheet from the bottom surface, not
flowing toward the center as per the normal procedure, leading to the abnormal
2.Place the Floor Mesh on the

4.Place the Press Clip over 2 sheets of Natural Pulp
Insert the Press Clip with diagonal direction to
smoothly go inside. As well, the presence of foreign substances under the Press
Clip causes coming undone of filter paper leading to abnormal filtering action.
Make sure to thoroughly clean the bottom surface of Press
Once the Press Clip completely pressed down, thrust the handle of Press
Clip fitting into the raised spot with “tick” sound.
5.Place the Primary Basket
Place the Primary Basket on it to complete the
operating preparation procedure.
6.Push the Refining Device in underneath of Fryer
Push the Refining Device in underneath of Fryer
for operation and install the Foot Switch connecting the power supply line.
Check the sound of motor rotation while pressing the Foot Switch down. If the
motor rotation sound is not heard or abnormal sound is heard, refer to the Item
8 correcting the motor rotation back to normal.
Check if the Drain Valve of Refining Device is
correctly installed. (locked.) (Pay attention as the hot oil may scatter
7.Connect the Silicone Hose to Refining
Now, connect the Silicone Hose to Refining Device.
Make sure to check if the Coupler is well fastened by pulling it out after the
fastening. As well, check the condition of 2 Drain Valves, one of Drain Valve
located at the upper section for discharging of oil residue left over in Hose
and the other located at the lower section for discharging of oil residue left
over inside the Tank. Upon completion of refining process, make sure to take all
the oil residue out by opening the Drain Valves, and engage the power to
completely take the oil residue out as the natural discharge of oil residue
Remove and keep the Hose at a separate location,
and use again for next operation by re-fastening it. Pay attention to keep the
Silicone Hose at vertical direction if possible, as storing the Hose as rolled
or within the oil filled container leads to shortening of life span of Hose.
8.Troubleshooting for Abnormal Motor Rotation
If the motor makes abnormal rotation sound, check
the center shaft of Motor at the hole located at the right side center. Use a
screw driver and turn the shaft to the direction of Motor. At the moment, the
direction of Motor corresponds to the direction of Motor when the power supply
is engaged. The clogging of Motor or weak rotating torque incurred during the
initial stage of AC Motor starting inhibiting the smooth rotation can be easily
and promptly rectified by adding a little force on the shaft of
